love the battery will probably last a year without charging

I reached to support, no response so far. The connector doesnt work (different than mine). Need to return.

So far so good. From a few charges done so far, takes roughly 2-3 hours from dead battery to full charge.

Product still has not arrived

Ive been waiting for over a week now for my product to show up, tracking says delivered but nothing ever showed up on my ring video that day. Now im being told this item is backorder and they dont know when they'll get it. But the website states that it is in fact in stock....this company is not very reliable.
No offer of a discount for the inconvenience. If this doesnt show in the next day or 2 I want a refund.

I purchased this battery for a Eufy doorbell replacement. The factory battery could last 6 months before a recharge. this battery barely lasts a week.
