I ordered a doorbell battery that was taking longer than expected for the shipper (USPS) to receive the package even though there was a tracking number assigned. I emailed Cutratebatteries customer support and got an email back the next morning letting me know they would monitor the order for me and if it wasn't shipped in the next couple of days they would get it fixed. Got the battery and very happy with the support.
It seems to be a good alternative to the oem battery. It’s still astronomically expensive. Buy a couple of them if you can. The oem vendor doesn’t supply these anymore.
My Aero was only running for 15 minutes, probably because is is usually plugged in. This new battery from cut rate took 5 minutes to install an now lasts 4 hours, which is a lot for a gpu'd laptop. A great service!
