Does not fit. Not compatible with the Righton Retinomax unit.

This battery is significantly thicker than the required battery unit it claims to to replace. This makes the battery useless for the unit.

We’re sorry to hear that the battery did not fit your Retinomax II as expected. We understand how frustrating this must be. We’d be happy to look into this and assist with a return or replacement. Please reach out to us directly at service@cutratebatteries.com so we can help resolve this for you.

the battery works

I have charged the battery and used it to start my mower today. It worked.
Unfortuneately I was hoping to be able to use the battery to mow my lawn in August.
I ordered it on August 20th. I didn't receive it until September 9th after I had gone on vacation
There was no information from you on Ebay letting me know it was coming from China. The one year guarantee will run through the next 6 months when the battery won't be in use so I am hoping it still works next Spring.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad the battery charged properly and successfully started your mower. We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay and understand your disappointment, as shipping delays can sometimes occur in transit by shipping company. We stand behind our products, so if anything comes up please reach out to service@cutratebatteries.com and we’ll take care of you.

love the battery will probably last a year without charging

I reached to support, no response so far. The connector doesnt work (different than mine). Need to return.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry about the mismatch and the wait - our business is closed over the weekend and responds within one business day, Monday-Friday. We emailed you this morning to confirm the model of the battery you received, and we'll get the correct one out to you right away if there's a mismatch

So far so good. From a few charges done so far, takes roughly 2-3 hours from dead battery to full charge.
