I have charged the battery and used it to start my mower today. It worked.
Unfortuneately I was hoping to be able to use the battery to mow my lawn in August.
I ordered it on August 20th. I didn't receive it until September 9th after I had gone on vacation
There was no information from you on Ebay letting me know it was coming from China. The one year guarantee will run through the next 6 months when the battery won't be in use so I am hoping it still works next Spring.

I reached to support, no response so far. The connector doesnt work (different than mine). Need to return.

Ive been waiting for over a week now for my product to show up, tracking says delivered but nothing ever showed up on my ring video that day. Now im being told this item is backorder and they dont know when they'll get it. But the website states that it is in fact in stock....this company is not very reliable.
No offer of a discount for the inconvenience. If this doesnt show in the next day or 2 I want a refund.
