Wasn’t aware that the battery would take a month to get. When I received it, it had the wrong type of connector

This pack is built to the original equipment spec for the Clarke-Tech HW18650-3S: 11.1V, 2600mAh Li-ion. Reach out to service@cutratebatteries.com and we'll make sure you have the exact connector match for your equipment.
It was only half charged but it did work. You might want to test them before sending.

It's normal for battery to arrive partially charged: lithium-ion batteries ship at a reduced charge for air-transport safety, not because of a defect. A full charge before first use sets it right. Product works as expected and fits fine. However it took almost a month to get my product, not sure if it was sourced from overseas or what but seems like a rather longtime to wait for a battery for a first responders radio.
